Staten Rector
Staten is a junior, studying Economics and Politics as well as Ethics, History, and Public Policy. Having interned with various legal and public policy organizations, he brings real-world experience to the policy and law review. He also has experience writing for various publications. His work has been published in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Frontiers in Political Science, Review of Democracy, and more. His policy and legal interests include criminal-legal issues, civil rights law, and constitutional law. Outside of the policy and law review, he is involved with the Men’s Varsity Swim and Dive Team as well as the Pre-Law Society. He also assists some of his professors with academic research.
